Let us discuss the concept of individuality. It would only take a cursory glance at the universe, its individual stars, or your world with a meadow filled with individual flowers to quickly understand that the concept of individuality is not an aberrant concept to be avoided or extinguished from the creation. Individuality is the unique expression of the integration of Physicality and Consciousness.

The flowers of the field know they are individual; yet, they are uniquely joined to each other. They know they come from one source. The stars of the universe know they do not stand alone, that they are forever interdependent with each other. Individuality is the unique expression of perception. Is the concept of individuality a stumbling block in understanding Oneness? The problem is not individuality but separateness. Humanity fortresses itself in separateness, rather than celebrating the expression of individuality. Your world is full of examples of how individual expressions of a thing when combined with others creates beauty in your world. Individuality is truth and power; separation is illusion and weakness.

Individuality does not exclude the concept of the Oneness of All That Is. The value of the grain of sand in the desert or the drop of water in the ocean, each containing unique properties of the whole, yet expressing in an individual manner. Individuality allows definition and distinction. It is the hues of color on the canvas of creation. Without individuality there would be no definition, but definition does not mean separateness. Individuality allows the expression of all the aspects of Consciousness in a defined manner so it can be perceived, understood, explored and celebrated. Individuality allows for sharing Consciousness. Separation is a chasm that Consciousness cannot cross. Truly the concept of the Oneness and individuality can be expressed no more clearly than one plus one is greater than two. In fact, 1+1 is infinity.

Shift

To the degree that one holds on to the old belief systems, on the old paradigms is to the degree they experience anxiety and apprehension for their well being.

The anxiety that you are experiencing comes from a subconscious awareness that your world is changing.

Be confident, that your world is changing according to your order.

Life is much like the sailing ship that seems tossed and turned upon the seas of life’s experiences. But like those sailing ships of old, they held their focus on the stars.

Understand you don’t control what occurs, where the control and dominion are is how we respond.

Act rather than react to situation and circumstances in your life. When you react you add to that which you do not desire.

You neither have to be perfect nor do you need to be fearful.

Your Greatest Gift

The challenge for humanity is to realize that you are not an individual but the sum total of everything that exists--an expression of everything. God Consciousness, is the sum total of All That Is. You are the light from the flame of Consciousness. You are born from the expression of all Consciousness. You are immortal evidence that there is existence. Do not identify with your bodies as an image of yourself; for, you are greater than your conscious mind can comprehend. Your physical form is but an anchor for a limitless expression.

Your greatest gift is that you are the constant, unending, eternal expression of All That Is. You are they that observe themselves and knows they exists. You give meaning and form, light and life to creation. You are the being that is created from the merging of Consciousness and Physicality. It is not a one way street from the creator to the created for you give meaning and expression to that which has created you. It is a wonder-filled opportunity in physical form to express fully that Consciousness of the creator.

Humanity's Role

We wish to define humanity's role in the Consciousness of All That Is. The Consciousness of All That Is, is the collective Consciousness of all. Humanity's expression is that Consciousness in physical form. They are the planet thinking, breathing, aware of itself. Every element of your physical body has been loaned to you from the planet. You are the walking, talking, Consciousness of the physical elements of this planet. Each and every life form that exists is an attribute or expresses an attribute of the living consciousness. Creation would not be creation if it existed without the movement of energy within itself, that is what life is. Life is the energetic movement of creation. Life is the expression of Consciousness.

Power, Peace, and Trust

Humanity barricades itself in the fortress of separation, fearful of that perceived outside themselves to be hostile.

All of creation is depending upon you. It waits is to be awakened to the Consciousness of God through you.

Paradise is but a thought away.

Trust in yourselves, trust in what you know, trust in your soul, trust in your value in the Divine plan. Be most astute and alert.

When you participate in the Oneness, you will have more than you need.

You are greater and stronger than any circumstances voluntarily or involuntarily placed upon you.

Procurement is intent. It is the conduit of the need.

Divine Interdependence

The interesting thing about God, about All That Is, is the interdependence of the totality and its parts. The wonderfulness, the magnificence of all That Is, is that everything created returns to the Source to be reunited with the Creator. The source, undefined thought and potentiality exploding into physicality, pursued by consciousness, creating beingness, is the Source of All That Is.

Good Graces

You are here to assist your brothers and sisters, and yourself into the Consciousness of All That Is. You are the gift to the planet. Through you it is possible for the creator and the creation to be one and know each other consciously. Creation is not an external action but an inward act of thought expressed outwardly. Without the harmony and balance of nature, humanity could not exist. You are here, in this form, today because of the good graces of this planet and its inhabitants.

We are indeed aware of the turbulent and catastrophic outcome from earth’s changes. Indeed, the energetic vibrations upon the planet are shifting, creating unique, unseen, immensely powerful forces, be it upon the spiritual nature of humanity, upon the human psyche, or upon the very planet on which you stand.

Whenever any catastrophic event occurs, just as the earthquakes radiate out in concentric circles of waves of energy, the same occurs emotionally, energetically and psychically. Even before modern communication catastrophic events were felt across the planet. With the emergence of virtually instantaneously reporting of events, the effects of that which we have spoken have only increased because now the conscious level of the mind also participates in the event. Vivid images and sounds are added to the already vibrational disruption that has occurred because of the event.

What this event represents for humanity is an open book test, an opportunity to observe the planetary responses, the individual reactions to a catastrophic event—both the good and the bad. Where the best of humanity is brought forth and the worst, those moments of heroism and cowardice, of courage and confusion. The recent events, Katrina, the Indonesian Tsunami and this event are indicators not only of increasing catastrophic events but "pop quizzes" in order to see what humanity has learned, how to respond, what are the challenges and the consequences of their actions.

Those who are victims of these earth changes are volunteers to assist in changing the world, to preparing the world. Even we of the realms of light, though hold no philosophical stance, political belief or religious affiliation are shaken and saddened that there are those who would look upon these victims—better stated volunteers—as being punished or deserving of what they received. They are the saints of humanity. They are the weakest, the poorest, and the most in need aspects of yourself calling out for assistance. How will you treat them? Will this be your greatest day or your darkest night? How you respond to them is an indicator of how you individually and humanity responds to itself.

One understands their strength, one understands their belief, and one understands who they are by how they respond to those who have nothing to offer to you. An individual, a planet is only as strong as its response to its weakest parts. Yes, you will go about your day, we wish for you to do so. We wish for you to keep your life in order. We wish for you to play, to work, to pray, to hold together the energetic grid of human consciousness, yet do not forget your brothers and sisters.

The irony is that in this concentrated event, the world’s attention has been brought to human suffering; yet, dearly beloved souls of light, are you not aware that the degree of suffering on a daily basis upon this planet in starvation, deprivation, illness and death is multiple times greater than this isolated events. These catastrophic events are eruptions in human consciousness to bring you in to awareness of humanity’s plight. You live in a vibrant, ever-changing planet and when you fully become one with the earth upon which you stand the breath and the air which you breathe, you will be able to maneuver with grace the natural, shifting currents of the physical plane of existence.

Systemically, humanity is suffering. This catastrophic event is but an outbreak. Be most aware. Challenge yourself, demand of yourself that you will not become complacent again. Do not be like those who remember those less fortunate than themselves during the holiday season to forget those in need the rest of the year. There is enough on this planet for all . It is only when there is greed—and therefore imbalance—that the scales are tilted against the most desperate of humanity. Do not be a glutton of human resources or a miser of the abundance that your planet has to give. Celebrate, bless that which you have received, that which you give. Hope that those who have great need not have less. And those who have nothing can have more. There is enough for all.

Why is humanity being compassionate today? Why not the day before the great quake? Your monetary systems of the planet are being equalized, greed and deceit is being made evident and exposed. These seemingly tragic events that are occurring across the planet are a wake-up call to humanity to reevaluate, to examine and to explore new ways to exist upon your planet. The old paradigms are faltering yet on the horizon of human consciousness is a new way of living.

Bless, pray for and assist those who have volunteered to be an awakening call to humanity for their suffering is yours. In some ways, these catastrophic events are like a physical tumor that is an indicator to the host that there is a systemic problem at hand and because of that indicator the host has an opportunity to be healed.

Those who suffer are the children of God, no less than you. And be assured, beloved souls of light, that God, consciousness, never has, now ever will be wrath-filled for all is done in love and assistance for the awakening of humanity to the consciousness of All That Is and destiny of paradise upon this planet.

We bless all who suffered. Join with us to ease their pain, quench their thirst, feed their bodies and lighten their load; for it is time to be the masters you are, not forgetting that those who suffer are the masters that have called you forth. And in the midst of all that is occurring we wish to remind you that at the very essence of creation, all is well in your world.

Go forth, be the God beings you are. Go forth in compassion and love. Assist those you see suffering but look in your own corner of your world and see those you are in suffering within your reach.

These events though predictable that the earth is ever changing, more importantly is a call to consciousness in the oneness of All That Is.

Learning

Learning is the discovery of that which you have already know. Nothing can be learned that does not already exist. And that which already exists need not be learned. Learning is not a process that you trudge up a long tiring staircase to some preconceived goal or concept, but rather, an awakening of what you already know.

Ship of Life

Your life is not some ship tossed about by the waves of human experience. You are aware that a ship is only vulnerable when either the engines are not working or they cannot adequately maneuver themselves through the winds and the waves of a storm. A ship with a strong powerful engine and a steady hand at the wheel is able to maneuver turbulent waters. Your power, your engine is your spiritual connection, your focus and intent are your hands upon the wheel.

Anniversaries, holidays, birthdays, family reunions, graduations, births and deaths are mileposts for humanity. They are a time to step back and review a life’s journey. One has often been instructed to not live in the past, not to dwell there. So what is the benefit of remembering or reviewing the past? The value is that it gives you perspective in understanding your present.

Humanity, in its often myopic view of its existence, fails to look at the greater perspective. It is true on any journey, whether it is one’s life or actual physical travels, one can only be in the present, or the now; yet, if it wasn’t for the miles behind you or the days your have experienced, would you be at this present place?

The new year is a cause to review the past, acknowledge the present and hope for the future. Past performances are predictors of future behavior and trends. Mileposts not only offer humanity the opportunity to review one's life but the offers hope for a "brighter future" and resolve for change.

Life and death, days and nights, past and future will disappear when humanity awakens to a reality in which they fully understand and are able to observe all of their experiences into the present moment. When humanity gathers its past and its future, like a mother hen gathering her chicks under her wings of the present. Will humanity no longer need stopping points and resting points and observing points along life’s journey?

Until then, without these, humanity would lose hope, faith, and strength. Humanity needs a beginning and humanity needs an end. That is why you live in a temporal world. Nothing in your physical existence is infinite. As painful as death may seem, it is a gift until humanity is able to stand upon its own presence to offer peace and hope.

So as time marches on, as you review the past of your life and hope for its future, gather the chicks of your experience under the wings of your present moment. Therein lies the answer to infinity and eternity.

Celebrate the moments of your life for they are the droplets of experience that create the masterpiece of one’s life. When all of your life is gathered into the present, nothing can harm you, nothing can hurt you; for just as when as all color is merged, it creates white. When all experiences are merged, it can only create light. That is why God, Consciousness and love is light. Light is the result of the merging of all things.

Dance the days of your life upon the stairs of conscious awareness. Bless the past, gracefully acknowledge it, bring it in to the bosom of your soul and all will be well in your world.

Expansiveness of Consciousness

If you were to count every star in every galaxy of every universe you would have but a small fraction of the voices and the minds that speak to you in the consciousness of All That Is. The importance of this realization is that you have access to this Consciousness. It does not mean that you can manipulate another or read their mind. Rather you are aware of another's consciousness--to be aware of what's in one's mind is a totally different situation. The mind is susceptible to personality, judgment, guilt, greed and their positive counterparts. Consciousness is consciousness--consciousness has no negativity, consciousness is the embodiment of light. The mind is one's physical thought--Consciousness is the voice of the soul.

The spiritual process has somewhat befuddled humanity in its struggles to express fully the Consciousness of All That Is in physical form. Consciousness must be able to lift itself out of forgetfulness for otherwise it would always be vulnerable to the seemingly unknown. That is humanity’s challenge--to remember. Humanity lives in a back closet of a palace of kings. Humanity hears only a simple instrument of a full orchestra. Humanity sees in two-dimensional black and white rather than 3-dimensional color. So myopically does it view itself. Your physical form is simply one aspect of a greater being. You, as a species, exist upon this planet by the grace and the pleasure of those who live here. You truly are a visitor. You accepted the task as you traveled the galaxies and came upon this blue and white gem of a planet as a base of operation. It is your contribution to Consciousness to be expressive of the sum total of all kingdoms upon this planet.

When you stand before, figuratively speaking, the Consciousness of All That Is, will you have been a good ambassador? There is not a square centimeter on the face of this earth that is not holy and when you honor that, when you acknowledge that in humility; the earth will dance beneath your feet, the birds of the air will bring you food, you will walk upon the waters, animals will come and lie at your feet. And that overflows to all on this planet, your fellow human beings, to be the best expression of divinity that you can be.

You have been given the keys to the kingdom. When you are truly one with another individual, you can heal them. You cannot trespass upon that which is yourself, for when you meet in that place of Consciousness, you are all One. You are the sum total of All That Is and without that you do not exist. If you are the sum total of All That Is and you diminish your connection through hate, fear, anger, deceit, you therefore limit your own expression . Everything that exists waits to give itself to you in service. Every being of light, everything that exists is within. You are the expression of All That Is and you exist because of All That Is. And the power of it is that All That Is cannot exist without you. That's the power. You are that expression, that intricately, entwined Oneness. Creation needs you and you need creation, without that interaction there would be no Consciousness. Nothing can separate you from being aware of your Oneness with All That Is. You have been given an honor that expression of support for your physical being from everything that exists.

Let go and become One. Let go and allow yourself to become the expression of that which has been bestowed upon you. Love everything you touch, everything you see for it has granted you existence. Everything is yours to behold.

Resistance

Humanity has a resistance to surrendering into the Oneness of All That Is. All the negative fears are present rather than a trust in the Divine Oneness, the God being that surpasses all of the negative ego. Even the most evil of individuals upon the planet return to the whole, though unconsciously aware and no longer an individual expression of God Consciousness. God so loved the world that it allows the ego to create, that you might not be slaves to Consciousness. What we ask of humanity is to consciously surrender your doubts, fears, guilt, and anger for being one in the Oneness of All That Is in order that it be transformed and transmuted so that you are in dominion here.

Phase in Consciousness

This phase of human evolution is about freedom. It has nothing to do with security for you have and will grow in security--it has to do with choices--and changes. Time ticks away and more and more profound shifts in Consciousness are occurring. Humanity rebels, it cannot identify the shift in the energetic fields, enhancing one's own positive/negative qualities. Conflict as well as consciousness are heightened. Reason becomes the ancient memory, the pursuit of truth lost in the prevalence of one's attachment to their perceptions. The increased vibrational fields upon this plane of existence are to accelerate one's ascent in consciousness. When hindered by one's choices, it exacerbates the undesired qualities of human existence. Intertwined within this freedom is peace, being still--not inactive. Preparing oneself, listening, understanding one's own presence should be the intent and desires of one's heart.

Community of Consciousness

There is great wisdom and understanding to be gained by understanding one's participation in the community of Consciousness. When one understands contribution as well as its effect on individual lives, he or she is better able to maneuver this physical plane of existence, more able to accomplish goals both secular and spiritual. When one is connected to the collective consciousness, not only of humanity but of the realms, one is better prepared for the challenges of life and the ease of mastery. You are well aware that the physical plane of existence has many challenges at this time, and that the collective consciousness of humanity varies greatly from moment to moment.

Perhaps the Community of Consciousness can be seen a double-edged sword. Soaring one moment into spiritual heights, and then plummeting the next into the depths of the human condition. A roller coaster ride in consciousness from hope and peace to fear and anxiety. One may feel trapped, strapped on this ride, condemned to a circle of ups and downs from which they cannot escape.

Yet the collective consciousness holds the truth, the wisdom, the understanding, the peace and the perception to attain all things. The collective consciousness of All That Is has varying degrees of awareness from the enlightened to the one trapped in darkness. The answer lies in understanding that the higher levels of consciousness within yourself and within the realms that you dwell light your way.

Enlightenment is the awareness of and the participation in these higher levels of awareness. Focus is the compass that directs you to that which you wish to attain. If one focuses upon the muck and the mire of human negativity, that is all they will see. If one is standing in the muck and mire of human confusion and misunderstanding and looks upon the light, their path will be smooth, their way easy and their goals obtained.

Consciousness is not only an awareness, a perception, it is a communication, and just as any communication, one can selectively choose what one wishes to listen to. The choice for you in these times of exaggerated stress and anxiety as the world begins to shift in its consciousness, is to choose which "voice" you will to listen to. When one becomes still and allows themselves to be open to a consciousness greater than themselves, greater than the world in which they live or the universe in which they dwell, the negativity in one’s life separates like oil from water.

Lift yourself up. The human experience, the human consciousness, is but one very small speck in the total awareness of All That Is. And when one merges by acceptance into that higher consciousness, any darkness fades in the glare of enlightenment.

You have many counselors and many guides, choose them wisely. Will you go to a doctor who never went to school? Or get on a plane with a pilot who has never flown? So it is with your lives, choose wisely your guides. Be most aware that all who wish to advise you are not necessarily for your highest good.

You can separate the wheat from the chaff, wisdom from foolishness, guidance from manipulation by remembering that All that Is is of the light, will always honor you and honor the individual domain of all others.

Enlightenment creates no fear but rather understanding. It creates no confusion but rather insight. Enlightenment always shows the way, there is no question on the path to take.

So, that imagery seen in cartoons of an angel on one shoulder and a little devil on the other whispering into your ears, be aware, there is some truth to that imagery. Discern your advisers. Discern your inner advisers. Understand from whence they came and for whom they speak. The voice of Spirit and the collective whole in consciousness speaks gently but powerfully. Do not allow the din of human confusion and chaos to over power the gentle strains of truth and the melody of awareness that permeates your very being.

The collective consciousness, the Community of Consciousness, in its entirety is pure for the light of wisdom and understanding casts off the shadows of doubt and confusion. So the Consciousness of All That Is, the Community of Consciousness in which you dwell, resides in the pure white light of understanding and awareness of the reality in which all dwell. It is only when one segments their consciousness that darkness has the opportunity to dwell. You have access and the ability to utilize the collective consciousness that is given you. Allow, when the night of forgetfulness and the darkness of the lack of love pervades your life, to see the Community of Consciousness in which you dwell as a bright star to guide you through the dark days that everyone encounters.

We speak to you from that Consciousness. When you speak to yourself from that Consciousness and you cannot be led astray for all is in your highest good. You are the chalice of the Consciousness of All That Is and you bring a illumination into this world that dims the brilliance of your sun in comparison.
