This hymn to simplicity is to remind the one who reads it that the universe is the simplest of them all. Indeed, theologians, philosophers and scientists can speak intelligently of complex theories and multiple laws that govern the universe and their inhabitants – and that is true. Yet to understand the complexity of existence, one must understand its simplicity. The answers to your deepest desires and your most longing questions is found before you in the simple expression of existence. All That Is, in all its majesty, in all its complexity was not created from a complex plan but a simple thought. Sing the song of simplicity in your heart that you might be a powerful being for the greatest obstacles, the most arduous tasks, the longest journeys are reached, obtained and beheld in a simple spirit.


Simple and sacred is the Consciousness of God.

Simple is the awareness of All That Is.

Sacred is the Oneness that you are.

Blessed in the Consciousness of All That Is.


Simple is the sacred ground on which you stand.

Simple is the process of Awakening.

Simplicity is Ascension's gift.

For therein lies the Consciousness of God.

Existence: The Mirror of Consciousness

The universe is a dance of interaction and assistance, one to another. One grand organism. One interactive, interdependent for its very being. Universal Consciousness is not some abstract concept; it is real, vibrant. For where there is existence there is Consciousness, and where there is Consciousness there must be existence. This is a difficult concept that we are about to give, for when one looks beyond the boundaries of creation, what was or wasn’t there the moment before the creative process of this universe began?

The key, the elemental truth is that there is no such thing as nothing. Nothing does not exist, for there to be nothing, for that in and of itself is a point of existence. It’s a state of beingness. There always has been, there always will be existence. For when Consciousness, existence became self-cognitive it brushed away the void like turning on a light in a darkened room. Nothing was brushed away by the light of existence.

We have spoken to you of physicality. We have spoken to you of beingness. We have spoken to you of Consciousness and how physicality pursued the potentiality of All That Is through the universe to merge with it to create beingness. Existence is the primordial ooze of the Consciousness of the universe just as there was a boiling, steaming brew in the physical universe that created light and life.

For there to be Consciousness there must be existence and where there is existence there must be Consciousness. Consciousness has no value if it does not reflect off of existence. Just as the majestic light of your sun has no value if it does not have the planets to reflect its light, existence is the venue upon which Consciousness expresses itself. Creation exists in order that Consciousness might be expressed. You cannot find that which was before creation because it has been cast aside by the light of Consciousness. It does not exist. There are no boundaries, no limitations to the expression of Consciousness in existence. Your scientists speak of the Big Bang and for your universe it is, indeed, quite an event but do not lose perspective that there have been and will be many more moments of conscious creation. If you were to look upon All That Is in all the universes being created, it would look like twinkling stars in the night sky.

You have always existed. The degree of Consciousness that you wish to express is determined by your willingness to be a reflection of the perfect Consciousness. That is the challenge and the gift of the new age of awareness, one of a deeper understanding of the importance of one’s existence as an expression of Consciousness which is the mind of God. This is the age of expression. This is the age when existence makes manifest the Consciousness, which it came to reflect.

In further discussion we will explore how one can make themselves an effective reflection of Consciousness. But let us leave you with this analogy; just as in the physical plane of existence if a thing absorbs all the light unto itself, and in this case light is analogous to Consciousness, there is darkness. But when the thing reflects the light of Consciousness that it receives it can be seen. Become the perfect, loving vehicle of physical existence that reflects the pure, white light of consciousness.

That, beloved souls of light, is the invitation, the opportunity and the gift. Celebrate your existence; the I AM, which encompasses both consciousness and its reflection. For all is becoming wonderfully well in your world.

The Light Worker

The light worker is one that acknowledges the Source of their power.

The Coming of Age

The Coming Age of humanity’s evolution into the conscious awareness of their origins and destiny is quickly approaching. Throughout history the prophecies have indicated virtually catastrophic events to mark these shifts in consciousness. Divinity, consciousness have never been and never will be heralded by disaster, chaos, confusion or calamity. It is the human response to these inner urges to shift and a stubborn resistance to be willing to change.

The change of the age is like the gentle winds upon the water, the subtle fragrance of a flower’s bloom upon the air. The age is heralded in on the whispers of a dawn and the willingness of those upon the planet to respond.

The change in the ages, the shifts in consciousness is the normal evolutionary process of growth upon this planet. You observe a child from birth to adulthood constantly changing, constantly shifting, continually growing yet fear, anger and confusion comes from the child’s response to these change, not the process in and of itself.

Why would the universe create a process of catastrophe to create change? The chaos of creation when dealt with in a willingness to participate and an understanding of its purpose can be met with peace, harmony and balance.

It is important for humanity, as this shift in consciousness occurs to understand, to really comprehend and accept that this natural evolutionary process can be smooth and peaceful, joyful and magical. How one approaches change, how one responds to the need to grow, how willing one is to let go of preconceived ideas and notions, and one’s understanding that the paradigms of existence are like sand castles upon the sea shore. Change is an inevitable process. More important, it should be a welcome process; for not to change is more painful and more perilous than what one fears in any shift.

What does one do? How does one prepare for the changing of the age? Evaluate, take inventory of your willingness to grow, your willingness to release, and your willingness to be open to that which is yet not known. That is the hallmark of a safe journey though the winds of change and the waves upon the sea of life’s experiences.

Welcome the changing of the age as one might welcome the sun rising from the eastern sea. The light of a new dawn is already glowing and shedding its light upon your world. And like any dawn, the darkness is pushed back and your reality is revealed and its light shows you what is present.

So it is with the change of the age. Humanity has become comfortable in the dimly lit rooms of its consciousness and now the curtains are being pulled aside, the windows are being opened, the doors left ajar and the reality which you once perceived, the one you were so confident you fully knew and understood will become but a fragment to the depth and the detail of the world in which you live. Though it is an analogy used before, if taken in the light of what we have just spoken will give you insight and understanding into the physical, emotional and spiritual effects of the shift of the change of the age upon human existence. The analogy is: the light is made brighter, details are better seen, darkness becomes nonexistent, and, as a result, more informed decisions can be made in one’s life. More tools are available for one to achieve their goals. The pathways are made clearer and confusion, fear and doubt become a distance memory of a darkened day before the dawn.

Now, with that said, will there be evident physical indications of a shift in consciousness? Indeed, the clash in consciousness that is growing between the members of humanity is and will continue to create strife, confusion, and fear. The planet will rebel because of environmental injuries upon the planet that coincide with the natural planetary evolution. Not every earth change is created by consciousness but the combination of the earth’s adjustment and response to the change of the age in combination with humanity’s abuse and neglect of the planet will cause catastrophic events to occur.

It has been said, in fact we have spoken of it and you have written of it, of an evacuation. Your holy writings speak of a rapture. The ancient books speak of the seventh heaven and so shall it come to pass. Is the “saving event” for the “believers” an actual, physical occurrence? Or is it perhaps a spiritual state of being? Or both? Each to their own order and their own needs and desires.

Consciousness is the key. Consciousness is the sanctuary. Is rapture a noun or a verb? And is the same true with ascension? Or perhaps both?

We do not tease you. We want you to stop and think. We want you to consider how you wish to experience this changing of the age. Humanity is always planning, scheduling. One will consider how to spend a holiday or perhaps celebrate a birthday. Why would one not consider how they would experience a shift? A shift in consciousness, a shift in energy?

The Hopis, the Mayans, all spoke and wrote of the end of the age. They had no need to write further. In reality, they couldn’t for the next phase of human existence is to be written by the conscious awareness of humanity today. Will the earth shake? The stars fall from the heavens? The oceans break out of their barriers? In 2012, we think not. But that moment, the winter solstice is the point of critical mass in which there will be greater light than darkness. It is both a reality and it is a symbol that this is the date representing and, in reality, declaring the change of the age. It is an eternal dawn for it will never be darker again than it is at this moment in time. The human evolutionary process has reached a critical point of consciousness in which the light must shine as All That Is has created returns to all that created it.

Don’t wait for the solstice of 2012 to see what is going on around you. For even as the light shines before the rising of the sun, so it is with your consciousness. You are looking around you, you are casting off the darkness, you are looking at your greatest fears that no place in your reality can fear take hold. Look to the light rising in the eastern horizon of your awareness and behold a new day. When afraid, hopeless, despairing, go to the light. Look to the light of consciousness and you will see your lives. You will see your world in greater clarity and understanding, and you will find the tools and the materials and the wisdom to create your paradise.

Just as the dawn approaches, the light seems to more quickly fill the sky. So it is with this conscious awareness. Every day, every hour, every moment, and every second from the instant of the winter solstice of 2012 there will be more light. Those who are unwilling to participate will find the world an unwelcoming place for darkness cannot dwell where there is light and those who wish to live in darkness, those who battle against it will extinguish their own physical existence upon this plane of existence. Not out of punishment but out of necessity. For existence is holographic and the dimension and the age in which you dwell are like the waves upon the sea, always traveling and moving. Do you wish to be stationery or do you wish to move with it? The choice is yours.

It have been our desire and our attempt to give you greater understanding of that which is occurring to your delight, your promise and to your paradise. For we are the One Mind and the One Thought and we are present in this dimensional change.

Seasons of the Universe

With the emergence of the changing of the age, it is valuable to understand that the “boundaries and horizons” between the dimensions is thinning or, perhaps a better analogy, evaporating.

As we have indicated in past discussions on this topic, the process that humanity is in and the events that are about to occur are not to be seen as some prediction of doom or gloom, catastrophic events or, even worse, the end of the world. There is no end to the physical plane of existence–only a change, an advancement of moving forward.

Consciousness is like the waves on the sea, each marching forward towards the shore. Each having their moment, then to be followed by another wave. So it is with Consciousness, not only does the physical universe pulse with the heartbeat of creation, so does Consciousness.

The emergence of the New Age is not to be seen as the year 2000 or a Y2K. Throughout history there have been predictions in human terms and human time to events or shifts that would occur. What we are speaking of is universal time and when one allows themselves to align to the natural ebbs and flows of energy and Consciousness in the universe, their sailing upon the seas of existence will be easy and the arrival at their destination assured.

With that stated, it is appropriate to respond, be sensitive to, and prepare oneself for the natural shifts that occur within the universal cycle of existence. The changing of the age is an optimum time for conscious advancement. This is not a human construct, this is a universal truth. Humanity has come to understand the seasons, when to plant, when to harvest. It would serve humanity well to understand the seasons of the universe, just as spring is optimum for growing and winter would be a foolhardy time to plant, so it is in the seasons of universal existence. The last age was the planting. This age is the harvest; the seeds of the last centuries, the advancements, the challenges, the promises, and the perils of human evolution are coming to fruition.

When one is open to the advancement of humanity’s perception of itself as a universal partner in creation and the horizons of love which extend beyond the boundaries of oneself, the transition will be easy and evident and as the universe takes in a deep breath of Consciousness and exhales a new creation, humanity will ride like a leaf upon the waves to a shore they have not yet perceived.

Humanity always looks for the sensational, the dramatic, and even the catastrophic. It is more interesting, exciting and evident. The universe in the stillness of knowingness and awareness seeks the silent understanding that emerges as an eternal truth. You want to see sensational? Spectacular? Look into the night sky or behold the first breath of a newborn child or the little sprout that has made its way through three-inches of concrete on a sidewalk. The greatest power, the great awareness, the greatest strength of the universe is found in the stillness and silence of an ever-emerging existence. The days ahead are, indeed, wondrous. Any catastrophic, disastrous, turbulent events are caused by humanity’s response to this natural evolutionary process.

Yes, there will be earth changes and humanity may reel and be tossed and turned by the changes that occur, both from its abuse of the planet and nature’s natural shifts. At no greater time than during this shift will it be evident of humanity’s disharmony with nature. It may seem like the earth is raging against humanity’s very existence. When, in truth, mark our words, nature never does harm to its children. Yes, raging storms, fiery volcanoes, rumbling earthquakes may rampage around the planet, but those who are attuned and the indigenous children of the planet–the animals–know and understand. Even in their destruction, they understand, is the seed of life. Life as you know it upon this planet was born from fire and storms and earthquakes that ravaged the planet. And out of it all–life was birthed.

So it is now, the changing of the age is not an ending but a promise that the universe is always expressing eternal life. As one prepares for winter or spring, prepare for the season of the harvest and allow the seeds of consciousness that have been well tended to bear the bountiful harvest, to be placed in your storehouse to feed you, to nurture you throughout the new age of awareness.

Maintaining Balance

The illusion is that the physical plane of existence has a certain level of stability. When one was standing upon a floor that is seen as stable, one could balance on one foot or be in more precarious positions without toppling.

In reality the "physical floor" upon which you stand is in motion, changing angles, gyrating. If one was in a precarious position that required balance on a floor that was moving, they would topple. For one to balance in the changing physical existence, they need to be grounded, feet firmly planted, responsive in a positive manner to maintain their balance.

Therefore to survive the changes occurring in your reality, one must be firmly planed, firmly standing upon this moving plane of existence. This movement is not chaotic but it could seem chaotic to those standing on the floor. Rather it is a progression, a movement upward in consciousness.

That which used to be taken for granted can no longer able to be taken for granted. Balance is maintained by identifying and responding to the shifts in the foundation on which you stand. The physical plane of existence can feel much like a carnival ride that tosses and turns you. It is a natural phenomena for your planet to have earthquakes, adjustments in the physical plates of your planet. A needed adjustment where the pressure is too great and needs to be released. It is no different with the spiritual plane of existence. There are shifts in the layers of consciousness and the third dimensional plane is waiting to relieve those places of pressure and to bring balance into the universe.

Blind Spot

We have discussed that mental processes of humanity has filters, "distorted lenses" that skew the projection of one's ability to comprehend the pure projection of the One Mind. Imbalance is a contributor to that distortion literally blocking the light of perception. Imbalance is the parent of polarity. The extreme of that is literally the void where none of the light is able to penetrate into projection. Void is the absolute unavailability of the Source so therefore there is no projection. Imbalance is like a blind spot. If there is an area of your life where the potentiality of All That Is does not shine through it is where you are out of balance.

That Which Surrounds

Look at that which surrounds you and see it smiling back at you. The world sings for you, creation dances for you, and the negative ego has no power here.

Look Upon the Light

Look upon the light. See the light. Nothing, no entity, no consciousness of the realms will ever, ever require or suggest personal harm to yourself or another, to ever take advantage of another or to overpower another.

Thought and Creation

Through your thoughts you wield the power to create universes and with the same power to destroy worlds. And something even more tragic, you have the power to set one free or the power to destroy a life. You are the conscious creators. You are responsible.

Light or Darkness

Some have questioned which is stronger, more powerful? Light or darkness? We have indicated that one of the laws of light and darkness is if you turn on a light, darkness flees. Here is another, you can create light; you cannot create darkness. Darkness is only created by the absence of light. Can you understand the magnitude of that?

It is important to acknowledge that which concerns you but look for the answers--the blueprint for your paradise in the light of the current reality in which you dwell.

The light of consciousness upon this reality in which you dwell allows you to see everything you need to create joy, peace, happiness, and love in your life.

Be powerful. Be proud of yourselves. Be persistent; for all is well in your world.

When one opens themselves up to a universal consciousness it is like creating an arroyo in the desert, it becomes deeper, more expansive with each time insight flows.

The human psyche and the human consciousness is a very complex structure, it is able to build bridges and destroy, it can love and hate, it can forgive and it can cast judgment, it can imbue wisdom or create wisdom. It takes a steady hand upon the wheel of consciousness to make the appropriate choice.

Dedicate every thought to the Consciousness of the Oneness of All That Is, dedicate it to the highest potential.
